We act solely as a travel facilitator and intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation operators, event venues, and other travel-related vendors.
We assist in planning, coordinating, and processing bookings. However, we do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, vehicles, venues, or other service providers.
Scope of Services
Our services are limited to:
Assisting in flight ticket reservations
Arranging hotel accommodations
Coordinating car rentals or chauffeur services
Facilitating venue bookings for meetings and events
Providing itinerary planning and documentation support
Once a booking is confirmed with the respective service provider, the contractual relationship exists directly between the customer and the service provider.
Service Provider Responsibility
All rules, policies, and operational procedures are governed strictly by the respective service provider, including:
Airline fare rules, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage policies
Hotel check-in/check-out policies, refund rules, damages, and property regulations
Venue policies related to usage, damages, cancellations, and event conduct
We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, delays, service deficiencies, accidents, losses, damages, or disputes arising from the services provided by third parties.
Travel Risks & Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for:
Flight delays or cancellations
Natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, or government restrictions
Accidents, injuries, theft, or loss during travel
Visa rejections or immigration decisions
All travel is undertaken at the customer’s own risk.
Documentation Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:
Valid passport and visa
Proper identification documents
Compliance with health, vaccination, or entry requirements
We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to providing booking assistance and coordination support.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:
Direct or indirect loss
Financial damages
Business interruptions
Personal injury claims
Consequential or incidental damages
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking through our company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and accepts that all services are governed by the respective third-party provider policies.
